Faustina kicks things off with brunch on March 15th. The four course menu with Epic pairings costs $45 and features items such as French toast with caramelized bananas, pistachio gelato, maple caramel, whipped cream paired with Double Skull Doppelbock Lager.

Dinner with The Wild Rose follows on March 20th, another four course meal for $45. The set menu includes mouth watering dishes such as duo of sirloin with Piedmontese & American Wagyu, red wine shallot demi-glace paired with Epic Barley Wine.

The trio of tasty events wraps up with another brunch on March 23rd, this time at Epic’s own ‘The Annex’ in Sugarhouse. Another four course menu priced at $45 aims to rock your weekend with items like stuﬀed quail with onion, apple, bacon, blue cheese paired with Galloway Porter.
